Please contact info@kimberlycjewelry for a return authorization number. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the item. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.

Please note that personalized, custom, made to order or sale items are final sale.

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get a new piece is by placing a new order online.

*Note for international returns: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid fully by the customer.
