We charge provincial sales taxes to domestic orders. Any international orders we will not tax, but you are responsible for any sales or import taxes that your region requires.

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed.

We make all of our pieces by hand to order in our Toronto production facility. We will try our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible (within 5 days), but some pieces may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Most rings are resizable.  Fees can range from $25-$50. Email info@kimberlycjewelry.com for further information. You are responsible for the shipping charges for both directions along with the sizing fee.

Yes. Some earrings on our website are eligible to specify single pieces. But if you do not see that as an option, email us for further info at info@kimberlycjewelry.com

All of our pieces are hand crafted by our staff in the jewelry district of Toronto.

Our ladies jewelry is manufactured with solid 14 karat gold or higher. Some of our men’s jewelry is manufactured with sterling silver.

No our photos are not always to scale. We try our best to show accurate representations, but this is not always possible. We list the dimensions of our items in the item description portion of product pages.
