Repairs

Kimberly C Jewelry offers free repairs for defective jewelry purchased within one year in Canada. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Warranty for repair is voided if the item has been altered, resized or repaired prior to being sent to Kimberly C Jewelry. Allow 6-8 weeks for all repairs. Rush repairs are not accepted.

Please email info@kimberlycjewelry.com noting the reason for your repair and the name of the purchaser. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL REPAIRS

For all international repairs, please contact info@kimberlycjewelry.com . Any issues with merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
